Carolyn rejoined the team in August 2017 with the remit of heading up our Wellbeing Work in addition to delivering our Cultural Safety® Services.
Since gaining her Doctorate in Psychology in 1996 her career has spanned work in Wellbeing, Safety Behaviours and Organisational Development. At the HSL she was Principal Organisational Psychologist, working with a number of national and multi-national organisations. Prior to joining us she ran her own consultancy and also worked for several years in Australia.
An experienced conference speaker with a number of papers and publications to her name Carolyn is both widely experienced and well qualified to benchmark and design enhancements to organisational Wellbeing and Safety Culture that will enhance employee engagement & wellbeing through Creating Resilience™ and Cultural Safety®.
