Having spent many years of his working life at the sharp end of industry he has a real understanding of how individuals are affected by their organisations culture and how much can be done to improve the working life of employees by challenging the accepted norms.
Over the last ten years with the team, John has undertaken Safety Culture surveys in Europe, America & Asia and developed & implemented Safety Leadership, Behavioural Based Safety and Accident Investigation processes and programs internationally in various industries.
Prior to joining RyderMarsh OCAID John worked in the nuclear industry and was responsible for implementing Behavioural Based Safety within his organisation as well as improving and developing Accident Investigation for his employers.
