Paul Bizzell is Operations Director of RyderMarsh OCAID Limited, so handles the day-to-day running of the company. Paul also has the overall responsibility for the design and delivery of all field implementations. He also acts as a Principal Consultant, when required to support the team. His specialism is Safety Culture analysis & development, Management Systems and their improvement through people.
Paul has qualifications in IT, Environmental Biology and Statistics. He is also an experienced auditor and assessor, with a background in engineering, IT & telecoms & public sector service provision.
Paul joined RyderMarsh in 2002, initially to collaborate in IT systems support to Behavioural Safety. Before that he ran his own Management Consultancy business, which focussed on organisational development. He has broad experience with major projects in many sectors. These include Oil & Gas, Utilities, Light & Heavy Engineering, Construction, Manufacturing, Road & Rail Transport, Food, Pharmaceuticals & Health.
